Director

Peanut studied classical piano and when he graduated, he had a terrific idea: let's put together a day camp that will celebrate all performance arts!!! After seven busy years creating, managing and expanding the McGill Conservatory of Music Day Camp, Peanut has decided to start his very own Artemusik Camp. While being very demanding of himself and of his staff and always striving for excellence, Peanut keeps his two feet planted on the ground. He's always up for a good joke, loves to laugh, and likes to always look on the bright side of life. He is presently very busy making sure that the summer of 2007 (his 12th summer as camp director!) will be memorable for his staff as well as his campers. See you this summer!

Every thorn has its story to tell! Cactus, a graduate in leisure studies and presently studying Communications and Human Relations, will prick your curiosity this summer! Armed with a colourful imagination, Cactus has drawn many an unsuspecting person into her wild, far-flung stories. Ready for adventure? Cactus sure is! Ready and waiting to have an awesome time this summer with all of you!!

Hi my name is Beeker, as in the Muppets character! My friends say I have an uncanny resemblance to him, and I go along with it for a laugh! I am very excited for camp this summer and can't wait to be a part of the team. I am a recent graduate of Bishop's University in Honours Political Science and have spent the last few months travelling India and Thailand, I cannot wait to meet everyone this summer!

One glass of milk is good, but two is better ! Get ready, because Berlingot is here this summer to double your fun . With her youthful spirit, she will greet you with her eccentric attitude, her mildly nutty ideas and an overflowing imagination. An unboundless source of energy, Berlingot will have you moving, dancing, singing, drawing, interpreting and playing all summer. No time for rest ! Berlingot is quick on her feet and knows how to take initiative, with a smile on her face, a nod of the head and rhythm in her fingers. Cowboy grew up in the deepest place in the deepest part of the Earth, but that does not mean that he is not nice! He has studied for about a million years the art of rock n’ roll and lately, he has settled down in Montreal with the ultimate goal of working in a musical day camp. So here he is now… full of hundreds of ideas, exploding with energy, flooding with a monstrous motivation and especially, ready to create the best garage band that ever existed (WOW!). This being said, Cowboy is REALLY excited to “rock” with all of you this summer!

From music, to theatre, to cinema, Tutu is passionate about everything within the world of arts ! This summer, her passion will be put to work to make sure that your time with us is the most memorable of your life !! This violinist who has been bitten by the theatre bug, is excited to involve you in her imaginary world where you will discover all sorts of unsuspected aspects yourself which up to now have been undiscovered…
